Returns / Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchange:

  •   We provide customers with the opportunity to exchange a product if it is in fully resalable condition.

  •   Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of the original purchase.

  •   Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging.

  •   Please note: We allow exchanges for product-to-product only. We do not offer refunds on

    exchanged items.

  •   Customers are responsible for the courier charges for both returning the item to Diamanté and

    receiving the exchanged product. Refund Policy:

  •   Refunds will only be issued for damaged or faulty goods.

  •   In instances where items are incorrect, damaged, or faulty, a refund of the delivery charge will be

    provided.

  •   Refunds will not be processed for products deemed unwanted by the customer.

    Return Criteria:

  •   Items eligible for return must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and still have their original clothing tags intact.

  •   Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  •   Orders made with promotions or discounts are returnable, but exchanges will be limited to size or

    color changes for the same product.
